Selling the character or voicebanks of ROAWN is not tolerated.

Do not use ROAWN to promote anything that may infringe the rights of a person or a group.

Do not use ROAWN for ask blogs, or online roleplays unless permission is granted.​​

If you are to use ROAWN commercially, do not use his likeness unless permission is explicitly granted.

Do not make any type of AI model (including RVC, unless permission is granted otherwise).

octocato does not consent to ROAWN's use in, or any form of generative AI content of ROAWN.

Do not alter the software's oto.ini or frq files without permission. If you need to alter these files, please ask beforehand. Do not continue unless you have express permission.
